We have a 5-10 year warranty for almost every AC unit
Most of the devices we install come with a 5-year warranty, but 10 years is not uncommon. What does this mean? For at least five years from the date of installation, in the event of a malfunction of the air conditioner, we will come out and repair the device free of charge, for which we also provide the spare parts for free. An important condition for this is the inspection-maintenance-cleaning before the season. This allows the device to operate efficiently, bacteria-free and reliably.
What do we do differently?
We have highlighted a few important things that we consider very important so that everyone can be satisfied at the end of the work.
Installation of quality devices with real Hungarian warranty
You are probably familiar with the term suspiciously cheap, you may even have experienced its disadvantages before. Very cheap installation is done using poor quality materials, but what about suspiciously cheap air conditioners? Unfortunately, the situation is not much better in this case either, since these devices usually come from abroad (typically from the more backward regions). Their big disadvantage is that there is only a one-year warranty for these devices instead of the usual 5 or more years. It is important to mention that in most cases the number of failures within a year is very low. Unfortunately, it also reveals a lot about the mechanic who sells such air conditioners. We only deal with the installation of devices with a Hungarian warranty, as this is the only way we can guarantee that the device will work perfectly for several years.
Placement and fixing of outdoor unit
By definition, the outdoor unit plays a very important role in the cooling operation. Since the refrigerant gives off the heat taken from the room outside, good placement is very important to achieve sufficient efficiency. In addition to the placement, it is important to mention the method of attachment and the quality of the support bracket. These are all factors that the entrepreneur can easily save on, because the owner often does not notice it. Unfortunately, improper fixing of a 30-50 kg outdoor unit, even if it falls a few meters, can cause enormous material damage and, in the worst case, even serious personal injury.
Proper placement of the indoor unit
The correct placement of the indoor unit is important from several points of view. You have to find a place where you can work as efficiently as possible. By this we mean that the air of the interior can flow perfectly through it, and that it can cool/heat as large an area as possible. In addition, aesthetics are also an important consideration, as there is a good chance that the owner will see the indoor unit after installation, even if he does not use the air conditioner.
The smallest possible upheaval, the least dust possible
All air conditioning installation involves drilling and chiselling, as the piping must somehow be pushed through the wall. Since a relatively large hole is placed on the wall, this usually results in quite a lot of dirt. We work with profesional equipment, so our extraction system collects all possible dust before it falls to the ground. Of course, we also use a covering film to ensure that minimal or, if possible, no dirt is created.
Pressure test - vacuuming
This is one of the most important points for perfect operation, but due to its time-consuming nature, a large percentage of mechanics prefer to skip it. The piping connecting the outdoor and indoor units is hermetically sealed. For the long-term operation of the device, it is very important that moisture and foreign gases do not enter the cooling circuit, as it can easily lead to the setting of the device’s compressor. In addition, we have encountered in many cases (not installed by us) devices that are a few years old, that the refrigerant evaporates and gas charging is required. The reason for this is that they skipped the nitrogen pressure test during installation, so they were not sure whether the system would work properly at operating pressure. In addition to nitrogen of adequate purity, it also dries and cleans the inside of the piping, so their use is unavoidable. That way, it’s 99% you don’t have to wait for a mechanic in the summer with a device that doesn’t work!
Professional electrical wiring
Since the equipment works with electricity, it is very important to connect it as precisely as possible. We work with quality wiring prescribed by the air conditioning equipment manufacturer.
Real annual maintenance and cleaning
Unfortunately, most mechanics do not undertake maintenance after installation, and even if they do, they do it in a lousy way. We do real cleaning and maintenance every year, as the factory warranty and the lifetime of the device last the longest! What’s even better is that within one-year periods, if the customer requires it, we will contact you by phone/email.
